Fantastic pattern!

I absolutely LOVE the way my dragon turned out! It is one of the most adorable things I have made thus far! The pattern pieces are incredible, written well, and easy to follow step-by-step instructions! All of my friends and family were blown away that I made something so intricate.... Twig & Tale totally makes that possible even for the most beginner sewers- like me!

Fun sew! Cutest vests!

This vest was so great to put together! The instructions are easy to follow, and you can completely customize it however you want! The animals turn out so cute, and are perfect for every day imaginative play or dress up costumes for holidays! I can see many of these in our future!

Grandchildren Loved Them.

My grandson, age 6, kept asking on FT if I’ve made his black cat vest and was super excited to have it finally delivered as was GD (4) who wanted a puppy costume. I think this pattern and instructions were excellent. I sized up for both. I squared the ears and added appliqué on the puppy ears. I made extra tails for both. The photos don’t do the vests justice. They are super cute on! I was particularly happy with the good fit. Both are reversible and should fit them a couple years or more. I’d definitely recommend the pattern!

Addictive, fun and easy to follow with an adorable result: my first ever lined vest!

At first I fer a bit iverwhelmed by the document full of information, all the parts to the pattern and I was apprehensive to even get started. But then i just started reading from the beginning, and guess what?! All steps are super well explained and easy to follow even for a beginner sewist like myself. I love the pictures that illustrate each step of the proces and I am still at awe with the result! And I did that all by myself!! (Ok, my mom was there to cheer me on). I made this wolf vest for our little red ridinghood loving son. The materials used are all upcycled, I love how T+T emphasizes on reusing old fabric that lay around at your home or that you buy at a thriftstore. I got addicted along the way so right now I’m cutting up the patternpieces for a fox vest for our boys big sis. And maybe a dragon after that?! ;-)

Totally surprised myself at how wonderful the finished fox vest turned out. Once again the T+T pattern left nothing to chance - wonderfully descriptive instructions that gave me the confidence to try something a little more challenging. Thanks T+T for another amazing pattern. Cant wait to try another animal :))

Love love love

Stunning pattern so much fun to sew.

I love the baby version of the pathfinder vest. I had a week notice of a baby shower and since I've made the child and adult versions, knew I could make a quick gift for a friend with this well written pattern. I re-used a corduroy skirt for the outer layer and some double gauze for the inner layer.

It can be simple or complex depending on what you like. My little one looks so comfortable wearing it.
