Blouse

A lovely and simple pattern to make. I forsee a whole wardrobe full of this blouse in different colours and fabrics.

Driftwood blouse

This is a great pattern. Very easy to follow instructions and a comfortable fit. My fabric was a bit stiff so I’ll use a much softer one next time.

Great pattern

A nice pattern that turns out well, with plenty of good instructions. I've used it to make a maxi dress for my daughter, a knit and a woven shirt for me, and a full-length costume chemise as well (we just extended the length and slanted it outward down to the bottom). Versatile, especially if you like to play around with patterns (which I do).

Loved this pattern

I am new to sewing however I thought I would give this blouse a go. I had never bought a PDF pattern but found the process really easy. Once the pattern and fabric were cut I was away. Everything was well explained in the directions and I ended up with the perfect blouse!!
Thank you Twig and Tale for this fab pattern. I'm sure I'll be making quite a few more.

Flowy fun pattern

I made this blouse with gathered cuffs and a button closure at the neck. Made my own neck binding. It went together easily and I wore it yesterday, am very happy with the result. I got my fabric online and it ended up being much more transparent than I anticipated, so I whipped up a cami to layer underneath. I'm envisioning wearing this in the garden to keep the sun off but still allow a breeze to reach my skin. I'm in the northern hemisphere and need the thought of spring to stay motivated this time of year! Thanks twig + tale! I hope to make an a-line dress version in the future as well.

Sweet blouse

Very happy with my new blouse. Took some time and handmade the button loop with embroidery thread. Will make a long sleeve version next with a brushed cotton for autumn

I love this pattern

I left a review but forgot to add the photo. Here’s a duplicate review with photo. I'd made two baby versions (a top and a dress) of this pattern and decided to try making one for myself. I am always cold, so I decided to try making it in cotton flannel. It may not have the "drape" the typical fabrics have, but this pattern comes together nicely in flannel for a cool weather option. I love it. The instructions are clear and easy, and I'm looking forward to making more!
