So easy and fun to make

This is the 3rd Twig and Tale pattern I have purchased and it is was so easy and fun to make, even while wrangling the ridiculously heavy upholstery weight velvet I chose to use. The super clear step by step instructions made it very simple to understand and follow and I love all the little special ways you can customize your cape! Can’t wait to make more for birthdays and holidays.

Great pattern

Made the rabbit version for our little niece. I was a bit afraid to start with this pattern, but it was not to hard. Now my daughter really loves a unicorn one, so starting on that one next.

Great way to change things up!

I bought the animal add-on for adults so I could make our family Pathfinder vests modeled after our favorite blue heeled family. ;-) I was easily able to adapt the hood to match the style, and I modeled the width of the tail using the f fox tail included in the set. Instructions were easy to follow!

Lion vest add on and pathfinder vest

Love this pattern, especially with the flutter sleeve. Directions were clear and it was great to have inspirational examples! I did have one question and it was answered quickly

Pathfinders

I took up sewing due to the pandemic and I just can’t believe I am already making garments that I am actually happy with! I love the thrill of the hunt of finding holey wool blankets at the op shop and turning them into beautiful little vests. Every time my eldest wears her pretty vest, I am guaranteed at least one compliment from a stranger! I have somehow made 8 of them!

Baby crossroads vest with bunny ears add on

A photo of my previously made garment. My friend and husband were super appreciative of the gift for their new baby girl

This was my first twig and take make, other than sewing hams which I use heaps. I used a preloved blanket, lined with a soft Terry cloth. Instructions were very easy to follow. Made as a gift for a friends first baby. Keen to try some of the footwear patterns I purchased sometime ago. I just love making childrens clothes !

Lovely Pattern

I've made 2 of the most basic vests for my 2 new granddaughters. It was very easy to sew & went together beautifully. Will be making more as they grow

Absolutely loved making this vest for my granddaughter! I haven’t sewn much for a few years but the pattern pieces were easy to download and assemble and the instructions were clear and simple to follow.
Highly recommend!
The entire process was lots of fun and I was delighted with the end result.

Little dragon

I loved making the dragon coat. I made it in fleece with a cotton.lining. I cut the tail as one with the back to make it easier. The one thing I found difficult was the name. I made it in fleece, but it was so thick that I struggled getting it through the machine, so it did not look that full. I would use wool next time.
