This is a simple but lovely treasure

Loved the Mama bunny pattern - tried the baby one but used too think material and it was challenging to turn the ears out properly. Will attempt it again with a woven. But Mama turned out just beautiful. I am sure my grand daughter will love her. I used the trick of sewing over the paper pattern and that worked well.

Great process! Sweet product!

We're a homeschooling family who have purchased other patterns from Twig & Tale.
For the bunny stuffy, we decided to let the kids give it a go! it was a great opportunity for them to learn working with a pattern.
The results were super sweet and just in time for Spring!

Adorable bunny

Thank you for the fun, easy pattern and sew. My daughter got to help make this her first sewing project!

What you need

Scraps of fabric
Stuffing

Optional: Ribbon, embroidery thread or other embellishments of your choice!

I recommend a lightweight wool or wool blend as my first choice.  Anything heavier than this will create a challenge when turning the bunny out after sewing.  You could use an ultra fine cashmere or angora sweater if you are wanting a very soft bunny.

Linen or cotton will also work -  however, something with a slight “give” in it gives a superior result.
