Having trouble navigating checkout in the Twig + Tale store? Here are step-by-step instructions for using a discount code or voucher. These screenshots show the process on a desktop computer - if you are using a mobile device please check out this post here.
1. Select the item you would like to purchase and click "Add to Cart".
2. Click on "Checkout" in the pop-up window
3. Returning customers will be prompted to sign in to their T+T account with email and password. If you are a new customer, take a moment to create a new account.
4. After signing in, the Checkout screen will come up. On the right side of the screen is a box for entering discount codes or vouchers. Enter the code and click the "Apply" button, which is just to the right.
5. The discount code has been applied and the amount owing adjusted.
6. Continue with the checkout, by clicking "Continue to payment method".
7. The order demonstrated here is free, so no billing information is needed. Click "Complete order" near the bottom of the screen.
8. The order will take a short while to process...
9. ...and order confirmed.
10. You will receive two emails - one a thank you and order summary email where you can click on the link indicated with the arrow to download the pdf file.
11. And a second email that confirms your order and also contains a link to download your pattern.
12. Clicking on the link will bring you to the File Download screen. Click on the "Download" buttons to access your files. Note that there will often be multiple files. In this case the top one is for an A0 file, which can be printed at a copyshop, and the bottom file is for home printing.
13. View your order history by signing in to your T+T account. Click on an order number to access pattern purchases made on that date.
14. Click on "Download here" to access any pdf patterns you have purchased. This is great way to ensure that files don't get lost - your patterns will always be available through your account.
We recommend you re-download your patterns just prior to printing, as we continually make tweaks and adjustments to our patterns. Your patterns will always automatically be updated in your account, therefore, re-downloading will ensure you are using the most up to date version.
