Amazing trouser option

High waisted trousers are very much a missing part of my wardrobe…but not anymore! The Hedgerow Dungarees pattern has a bonus trouser option that makes the most comfortable high waisted pants, that can still be customised with the options like length and pleating. Mine are full length with pleated trousers. The instructions are amazing, as you would expect from a T+T pattern, and the projector file has all the features like mirrored pieces, that make the cutting out process easy for projector users.

I have my fabric washed and ready to cut out for my next pair- I love that I can choose to make dungarees or trousers with this pattern!

Exceeded Expectations!

Confession time- I am not a dungaree sort of person so when rge Sew and Show was launched I opted to make the capri trouser version- then I saw everyone's dungarees coming together and I wanted some of the action! These are so much more than just dungarees- I made mine as a dress up version and I am delighted with the result.
The pattern comes together really easily and I love having all the choices contained within so that you can make your own perfect combination. I chose capri length, plain bib and pleated trouser, and it turned out just right.
Indeed I enjoy wearing these so muchthat a second pair is going to follow very soon.

Such a great pattern

This was my first Twig and Tale pattern, and I am hooked. Such a simple, effective, clever design. I make a paper model to check I understood how the buttons worked both ways. I made it out of double gauze and plain cotton. The 2 year old recipient likes it, as it doesn't go over her head, and her parents like that it's sreversible and practical- win, win. Thank you.

Favorite pattern

I bought this pattern forever ago and made a girls version for my daughter but when I finally sewed one for myself I fell in love! The bodice fit is perfect, the cut is so flattering, and it goes together easily. I made two out of kaufman essex linen for every day and now I am making a fancier one out of cotton lawn. I predict I will use this pattern many times.
