Love the scrap busting potential

i made crown and wand so far and really loved the process. As with all T&T patterns beautiful clear instructions came with the patterns. I drew up the penguins for the crown myself but the rest of the designs were part of the templates that came with the ebook (where I just added some embroidery) which I loved the versatility of. I feel like all the projects are very useful for party planning and can’t wait to try the rest!

Best Halloween costume!

I used the vest pattern size five on my larger, almost 4 year old. Added ears and a tail for his Halloween costume and he loved it! I used wool for the outer and an old cashmere sweater for the inside and it’s so cozy I want one for myself!

Hamlet's vest

My 8-year-old grandson wanted to be Hamlet for Halloween. I made the vest and pantaloons (a Twig and Tale pattern too) out of velveteen. He was quite happy with the results. The vest is a bit longer than the pattern, otherwise no changes were made to original design. I'm going to make another, shorter vest out of recycled tweed for his Christmas present. He told me a while ago how cool it would be to have a vest and a pocket watch. Thanks. I'm having fun.

Pink boots !

I've already tried several patterns from Twig and Tale, and like the others, this one is great. It's very comprehensive, well-explained, and richly illustrated. And the result is fantastic, as usual!
