Pattern was quite easy to use, I was very happy with how it turned out. I have a granddaughter & grandson who are twins, so I made one for each. It was quite simple to make changes so that the coats didn't look the same. They are quite practical, they are a little bit longer, and I quilted them with batting inside so they will be warmer. I was nervous about doing the lining, but everything fit together well, and sits smoothly. No lumps and bumps.

A sweet little add-on

This is such a perfect little addition to any outfit (and a great way to use up extra fabric). It comes in lots of sizes and with different options for tail lengths. I paired it with the headband from the Gifting E-Book (modified the width of the headband) and it turned out so cute.

Vacation accessory extraordinaire!

Made this with the intention of using it while on a cruise later this year. Small size fit a book, sunscreen, phone and sunglasses handily. Next iteration I might add a small interior pocket and sew a glasses cleaning cloth into the seam of the outer tulip petal.

This is my first project with a pattern and I found the directions to print and use the pdf easy to follow. It’s also the second object I’ve ever made, and perhaps my fifth or sixth time using my sewing machine. Very beginner friendly, don’t go all out around the curves and you’ll be fine. I also intend to follow the directions on grain for my second pocket, my first is a mix of orientations and slightly wonky.
