    What a great bag

I seriously love this belt bag and all the options it comes with. I've already sewn one for myself, one for my niece and started one for my friend. The only thing I'd change is the way it attaches to the belt. I usually carry too much weight in my bag so this one bends the belt down.... the next one will have a tunnel on the backside instead of hanging loops.

    Quick, Simple, Rewarding Sew

I was so happy to be chosen for the testing team for this pattern! This is such a sweet little project. It’s quick and a great scrap buster, but packed full of potential for customizing. Had a really fun time making the simple flap and am working on another embroidered one!

    Practico, elegante, minimalista, divertido…

    Fun and Quick Sew

This pouch is perfect for using up scraps as is comes in 3 sizes and with the Leaf Add-On there are so many possibilities. I was part of the sew & show team and totally enjoyed making up 4 different Hip pouches. It is so fun to wear them for a hands free excursion, errand, hike, or even just for daily tasks. The patterns is really easy to follow, the only part that took the most time was topstitching the leaf veins, but that was the real fun part, too

A simple little scrap busting projects

I made this little pouch as part of the sew and show team and have loved the pattern so much I’ve sewn four little pouches. The instructions are easy to follow and when I got a bit stuck on positioning the flap I watched the video. I often think the video tutorials are a like having my Mum in my sewing space without the angst🫶😆.

    Practical whimsy

Quick project with scraps? This is it! The pouch comes together very quickly and you can totally make it from scraps or little pieces of fabric. Adorable and very practical!

    Perfect Afternoon Project

This is such a satisfying and fun sew. The instructions are clear and beginner-friendly, and the variety of leaf flaps, sizes, and finishing options make it easy to personalize. I’ve now made three—each with different features—and I’m already planning more. A great scrap-buster and a fantastic gift idea, too!

    Perfect finishes

The pouch is beautifully finished, has clever construction and a great projector file. The instructions are very well written and contain easy to follow colour photographs. Satisfying to sew- achievable to cut out and finish on the same day, which I did with my first pouch; or complete a few steps each day, like I did with my second pouch.
Highly recommended purchasing the additional flap add ons for even more flap options.

You don't realise how much you need this till you make it!

I love pockets and feel lost when a garment doesn't have any, but it is no longer a problem as I now have a pouch to add to any garment that fails to deliver on the pocket front!
I love how these pouches enable you to go hands free on your worldly adventures- the bonus cloth belt pattern is great as it means i can even match my belt to a skirt or dress.
This is a straightforward make and gives so many opportunities for personalisation- I used tweed scraps to make patchwork fabric for my pouch and thin leather for the flap and this one is a medium size - it is perfect for carrying phone and snacks when on a walk.
