Bring a touch of nature inside with these whimsical, quilted leaf blankets inspired by deciduous forests of North America, where the lush green leaves of summer change to blazing canopies of red, orange, and yellow in autumn.

A simple, satisfying project, these diminutive leaves are suitable for critters 9-18 inches in size.  They make lovely open-ended playthings for little hands.

Leaf blankets are a perfect beginner quilting project that can be made with a regular home sewing machine.

Dreamed up by Lisa's sweet, nature-loving girl, a portion of the sales will go towards reforestation projects and protecting animal habitat.   Read more about her project here.

Delightful!

Made the oak leaf for my granddaughter and one for her Dinkum doll - very well received! Easy and quick to make with clear instructions. Been asked to make another!

Absolutely thrilled with how this turned out. Made it for a playmat for my nephew and am tempted to make one for my home.

Perfect pattern

I made the largest doll-sized elm leaf. Instructions were clear and I appreciated the attention to everything that makes those leaves unique. I will definitely follow up and make some child-sized leaves.

Easy introduction into creative sewing

Sky & clouds Mum, leaves can reflect what’s above!!
2nd leaf blanket made for my grandson with fabric picked by his Mum (Taylor)
Used wool/cotton batting because she wanted the softness and made it slightly larger as we discovered my grandson likes to sleep rolled in his 🍃 blanket (picture of his first blanket)
Thanks T&T for your beautiful, creative and wholesome designs

Lovely pattern

I used the snak child oak leaf pattern to make a bath mat, it's perfect! Great instructions with lots of helpful tips and tricks, very beginner friendly! I was able to complete it in a single day with plenty of interruptions 😄

So unique!

Made a small leaf from the North American collection using my projector and it worked wonderfully! Such a cute idea - perfect for a baby shower gift!

Making the leaves involved updating Adobe to print the pattern, and then sticking lots of A4 sheets together to get the full pattern, I transferred it onto some pattern paper which made it easier to handle. I felt I had achieved as I’m a bit of a technophobe, but it’ll be dead easy another time. I’ve made the large banana leaf and large Lilly pad, they look great, really simple to follow the video instructions. They are wrapped up already with a cuddly monkey and frog respectively as gifts for my lovely nieces for Christmas. Great patterns, and nice to contribute to such an important cause, very well done to the little girl, I hope she raises lots of money and trees.
