Love twig and tale patterns. Made one adult Breeze, just going to start on the next
MY 11 yer old GS loves the Breeze I made him in the Boy's size 10 but it just fit so I also purchased the Men's 30+. I compared his measurements to the pattern and decided to make the 32 as the 30 really is the same as the Boy's 10. The only issue I found was the pattern on the bottom of the pattern is printed with the wrong sizing (46-49 if I remember correctly, and that was confusing. I adjusted the length as needed and it turned out fine. I added pockets via the supplied link.
I made this for my OH in a linen (old bedsheet) and it was really easy to sew and came together quickly. I previously made the cove shorts and similarly the instructions for both are really clear and easy to follow.i graded the 46 to a 48 at the waist and hip but probably didn’t need to. I really enjoyed doing the French seams - the only issue I had was trying to work out where to put my label. 😆 I did use quilters tape to hold the facing down for top stitching. It’s a perfect top for warmer weather. I’m definitely going to make more. Next time with the side split.
I finally got around to making this top for my husband. I found it pretty easy and watching the tutorials were great. He absolutely loves it too. Loving the seams are enclosed and give a very professional look. Will be making more I can see.
I was in a crunch for wedding attire. I put aches this pattern to make for my husband and completed it in one day. It took a few hours, not sure exactly but less than 5. He got compliments all evening on his shirt. It was perfect!

I'm new to sewing and I loved this pattern. There are fantastic instructions that are so clear to follow, and the videos on adjusting the size worked perfectly. I have made two already!
I took me some courage to start with this shirt, as I was intimidated by the French seams. Never done that before. But then my teenager asked for this type of top, so I had to get started. The instructions are so clear, and the video tutorial is so helpful that my fear was all for nothing. The shirt turned out great. Son very pleased with the result. All his friends complimented him with his shirt, and wanted to know where he got it, as they also wanted to get one. When he told them 'My mom made it' they asked if I could make also one for each of them. What better compliment you can get. Thank you for this great pattern.
Big risk to make for Hubby because he can be fussy. Pattern is easy to follow and resulted in a great shirt. My son's have ordered one each!
Loved this pattern, great instructions, quick to make and fits my son well ( excuse his messy room). Lots options too for variations! I love the French seams had not sewn with them before this but boy am I now a pro!! I’ll def be making it again for him and i can see myself making one for myself too :-) thank you
