I made these shorts and love them. The printed directions are more my style and I thank you for them. Those in conjunction with the video made the project a success. Actually this is my first time making a garment that I will actually wear after a few failed attempts so I am encouraged to try another.

I am now officially addicted to T&T patterns. I was hesitant at trying to make shorts because I have never found purchased shorts I like. The sale came up and so I gave it a 'crack'. I love love love this pattern. Easy to follow instructions. Easy to make changes, lots of options. Awesome outcome...so so comfortable. Now I am a shorts making machine!

I just love these shorts so much.The instructions were easy to follow. The fit is relaxed without being baggy. I will be making more next year for the summer!

I made shorts for my tween daughter using soft denim fabric from an old, long skirt of mine. The pattern was really easy to follow and it turned our really well. I am planning to make a few more for her for the coming summer. What I also love about Twig and Tale is that I can buy one pattern and use it for both my daughter and me, who is on the upper end of the scale!

This pattern is quite easy to make. The options for the waist make it great for those wanting to stretch their skills or keep it simple. I also love that I can keep the shirts long or fold them up. So many options. I chose to use this pattern to use up a bin of scraps. I have gotten rave reviews from my sewing students and the general public. So fun.

This pattern was easy to sew with excellent instructions! The finished product looks great on. I'll be making many more pairs for sure !!

I love how this pattern comes together. The flat front waistband makes it stylish while the elastic in the back makes it comfy. The pockets are a great size. And the cuff detail is perfect. I LOVE how the drawstrings are inserted - so simple, clean and functional.

I love these shorts. I’ve made two so far and will probably make more. My only issue is I wish the waistband was thicker for a more supportive feel (and I know I could adjust my pattern possibly to do so). I’m a experienced beginner, only been sewing for 6+months and I found the instructions easy to follow, the results are great. They’re fun to wear and fun to make.
I can’t wait to try other patterns
