Very structured

While these came out well structured, there are some pointers that are missing that I feel would benefit the sewer. Listing what kind of sew in stabilizer would be great (like the pattern did for the iron on stabilizer). Instructing to backstitch multiple times at the beginning and end at end raw edges of the front wings and where the straps were sewn in. And definitely stress that it’s near impossible to right side them out. I definitely broke into a sweat. The wings tore at the front wing openings and would not have, had I been directed to heavily reinforce. They did come turn out very nicely and made a nice costume for Trash the Dragon for a 21 Pilots concert, after I did some hand stitching repairs from turning them right side out.

Clear instructions for making beautiful wings

This was a daunting project: I haven't done much quilting or applique before, but the instructions and pictures are so clear that each step was straightforward, and I'm so pleased with the result.

Lovely pattern

I loved making these. The instructions are very clear and straightforward. I made a trial pair first and my girls (and their friends) already love them. I can't wait to see how they react on the 'official' wings.

Beautiful wings!

An absolutely gorgeous pattern for fairy wings. I made these for my daughter's book character day at school as she wanted to go as a fairy. She loved wearing them! Very thorough instructions and helpful videos.

Stunning

An absolutely stunning pattern, beautifully written with plenty of variety. Angel wings were admired by many.

Lovely pattern!

Lovely pattern for making wings. Videos were helpful when needed some clarification.
Only issue I had was cutting 2 batting when only 1 was needed as it wasn’t clear so I had some waste at the end.
My daughter loves them!

Sprite Wings

Very cute pattern but some of the construction could be simplified. Too many different directions to print off. Would be best to have it all in one simplified document. My granddaughters will love them.

Gave Luna wings

Ik heb deze met veel plezier gemaakt. En ik ga er zéker meer maken! Heb meteen nieuwe stofjes ervoor uitgezocht. Fantastisch om kado te geven. Goede duidelijke beschrijving!! Echt aanrader!!!

I love them!

I saw these and knew exactly who I wanted to make them for. Only, now I have made them for the little boys who will be getting them, I want a pair for myself too!! I made some mistakes along the way (although the instructions are very clear, but that's just me), and the turning was a huge challenge (and took longer than the application) but they turned out so beautifull!

Fun wings

Loved the pattern, I used a really stiff hat interfacing which was a bit too stiff but they came out lovely once I’d opened the seams a little to turn the right side out. Pattern is easy to follow. Although I struggled with working out how much of each thing I needed as I have a difficulty with numbers. Perhaps they could put total amounts as well and the amounts for using up scraps.
