Introducing the Driftwood Blouse + Dress

We are delighted to announce the release of the Driftwood Blouse + Dress!  This loose-fitting garment has a flowing, dreamy silhouette that absolutely shines when made with a soft, drapey fabric.

The gathered neckline features a keyhole closure with your choice of ties or a button and elastic loop - and oh my! the optional ruffle collar!  A lovely feature of the pattern is that the closure can be worn at the front or at the back, giving you two different looks with one garment.

Short and long-sleeves, with both elastic and cuff options make the pattern versatile for all seasons.

The dress option includes a comfortable, play-ready elastic waist and knee-length skirt.

The Driftwood Blouse + Dress is a layered PDF pattern that allows you to select and print just the size you need (if you've never used a PDF pattern, the How to Use a PDF Pattern blog post is a great place to start).

The Driftwood pattern includes a wide range of sizes from Preemie to Size 10.   A detailed tutorial provides clear step-by-step photographs as well as helpful video clips to guide you while you sew your blouse or dress.

We will be back soon with a series of posts highlighting the different options available in the pattern.  Playful and casual, or classic and elegant - so many different looks are possible depending on the fabric and pattern options you choose.

We are quite smitten with the Driftwood Blouse + Dress pattern and hope you enjoy sewing it as much as we do - it is fast becoming a wardrobe staple for our little ones.
